Pengaruh Metode Penyuluhan Perikanan terhadap Adopsi Teknologi dan Produktivitas Nila Bioflok Sipanen di Kota Bogor
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode penyuluhan perikanan terhadap kapasitas sumber daya manusia (pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap), tingkat adopsi teknologi, dan produktivitas budi daya ikan nila bioflok Sipanen di Kota Bogor. Penelitian dilakukan pada 28 pembudidaya menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan uji Mann–Whitney dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan jumlah metode penyuluhan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengetahuan (p=0,047; r=0,378) dan keterampilan (p=0,032; r=0,400), namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap (p=0,149; r=0,271), adopsi (p=0,201; r=0,209), dan produktivitas (p=0,074; r=0,342). Pengetahuan (p=0,026; r=0,422) dan keterampilan (p=0,000; r=0,800) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap adopsi, sedangkan sikap tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap adopsi (p=0,055; r=0,360). Namun, pengetahuan (p=0,049; r=0,376), keterampilan (p=0,038; r=0,396), dan sikap (p=0,002; r=0,595) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Pengaruh metode penyuluhan terhadap produktivitas bersifat tidak langsung melalui pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang mendorong adopsi, dengan keterampilan sebagai faktor dominan. Sikap memiliki pengaruh langsung yang kuat terhadap produktivitas. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas penyuluhan ditentukan oleh kemampuan meningkatkan keterampilan praktis pembudidaya dalam mendorong adopsi teknologi dan produktivitas.
